DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This agreement has been drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the BUYER via halie.com.tr.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The nature, quantity, color, price and other features of the product are stated on the order summary page and in the order confirmation email sent to the BUYER. It is the BUYER's responsibility to read this information in full before completing the order.

ARTICLE 4 – PAYMENT

4.1. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted as payment methods.

4.2. Where an installment option is offered, the number of installments and the total amount are clearly shown to the BUYER during the order process. Installment details are reflected on card statements in accordance with the agreement made with the SELLER; the SELLER assumes no responsibility in this regard.

4.3. Payment is collected at the time of the order. If payment is not completed or is canceled, the order will not be processed.

ARTICLE 5 – DELIVERY

5.1. Products are shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

5.2. Delivery time may vary between 1–5 business days depending on the workload of the shipping company and the BUYER's location.

5.3. The shipment tracking number is sent to the BUYER with the order confirmation email or separately on the day of shipment.

5.4. Delivery is made only within Turkey.

5.5. The SELLER cannot be held responsible if the product cannot be delivered because the address provided by the BUYER is incorrect or incomplete.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1. The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

6.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notice to info@halie.com.tr is sufficient.

6.3. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the product must be returned to the SELLER within 10 days from the date of notice. Return shipping costs are borne by the BUYER.

6.4. The SELLER refunds the payment within 14 days at the latest after receiving the returned product.

ARTICLE 7 – EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

a) Products prepared at the BUYER's special request or clearly personalized (name engraving, custom size, bespoke design, etc.)
b) Products which, by their nature, are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and whose packaging has been opened after delivery

ARTICLE 8 – DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If the product is defective (faulty or not as described), the BUYER may choose one of the following options, provided that the SELLER is notified within the legal time limits from the date of delivery:

a) Withdrawal from the agreement
b) A discount on the sale price
c) Free repair
d) Replacement with an identical product

In this case, return shipping costs are covered by the SELLER.

ARTICLE 9 – PERSONAL DATA

The BUYER's personal data is processed under the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy published on our website. The data is used solely to complete the order and carry out delivery; it is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

ARTICLE 10 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the BUYER's place of residence or at the place of purchase are authorized within the monetary limits set annually by the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes exceeding these monetary limits may be brought before the Consumer Courts.

ARTICLE 11 – ENTRY INTO FORCE

By completing the order, the BUYER declares that they have read, understood and accepted all provisions of this agreement. The agreement enters into force when the order is confirmed by the BUYER.
